Counseling Philosophy
I believe all can benefit from the sorts of dialogues that occur in therapy. I operate from a relational perspective that centers the views and contexts of the people I work with. In this way, I adapt existing psychological theories such as psychodynamic, emotion-focused, and dialectical behavioral theories for use with each person I work with. Most people describe me as helpful, attentive, compassionate, and deeply engaged. As a part of my empowerment paradigm, I greatly value your input as we determine the plans and goals that will bring you a sense of relief, confidence, and fulfillment in your future.

Credentials/Training
I am dually licensed as a Psychologist (OK OSBEP #1404) and LPC-Supervisor (OK SBBH #5570). I graduated from Southern Nazarene University in 2012 with an M.S. in Counseling Psychology. I earned a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Oklahoma in 2020. I have extensive training in various settings, including a university counseling center as an Executive Director, a VA Medical Center in the Health Psychology and Neuropsychology units, and in a private hospital in the inpatient, intensive outpatient, and psychological assessment units.
Payment, Fees, & Scheduling
Payment Methods: We accept cash, debit, and all major credit cards. We do not accept insurance at this time. However, we can provide you with documentation to provide your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement.
Therapy Sessions: The fee for a 50-minute in-person or online therapy session is $180.
Assessments: The fee for each assessment varies based on the complexity of the presenting problems. I can provide you with a quote during a free phone consultation.
